Frequently asked questions
Is peptide therapy legal in Australia?
In Australia a peptide plan is only available on an individual prescription from a registered practitioner who has assessed you, and it must be prepared and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy. That is the pathway Regeniq facilitates: an assessment, a telehealth consultation with an AHPRA-registered practitioner, and a plan only if your practitioner decides it is suitable.
What makes Regeniq different from other clinics?
Every consultation is with an AHPRA-registered Australian practitioner. You complete an assessment before any plan is discussed, any plan is prepared and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy, and your practitioner reviews it at an interval they set.
What you get with Regeniq
An online health assessment, a telehealth consultation with an AHPRA-registered practitioner, a personalised plan and review interval if your practitioner decides a plan is suitable, discreet delivery to your door, and ongoing review with your practitioner.
Do I need blood tests?
Not always. Pathology is requested only where your practitioner decides pathology is needed, and it is performed and privately billed by a third-party provider.
What does the assessment cost?
The assessment fee is charged before your initial consultation and is non-refundable. It covers the initial consultation, pathology interpretation and the review of your eligibility. Where your practitioner decides pathology is needed, it is privately billed by a third-party provider. The current fee is shown on our pricing page.
Can I stop or change a plan?
Yes. You can ask to stop or change your plan at any time by contacting your practitioner or the care team. Any change to a plan is a clinical decision made by your practitioner, who also reviews your plan at the interval they set.
How long until delivery?
Once your practitioner has prescribed a plan, it is prepared and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy and sent to your nominated Australian address in discreet packaging. Preparation and delivery times depend on the pharmacy and your location.
