Men's health in Australia is broken. Regeniq exists to fix it.
Regeniq Pty Ltd is an Australian telehealth service. It is not related to RegenIQ or to other businesses with similar names in other industries.
Two systems failing the same men
Men push through. Fatigue, poor sleep, declining energy, brain fog - they write it off as ageing or stress. When they finally see a GP, the consult runs fifteen minutes. Where your practitioner decides pathology is needed, they request it; it is performed and privately billed by a third-party provider.
Nobody connects the dots between hormonal health, metabolic function, sleep quality, and how a man actually feels day to day. The standard model is not built for that level of investigation.
The telehealth space makes it worse. Non-compliant operators advertise substances they should not name. Pricing hides behind “enquire now” buttons. Practitioners go unnamed. Questionnaire-only consults barely qualify as clinical assessments.
The regulatory consequences are real. The TGA issued $319K+ in fines to telehealth businesses in 2024 alone. Clinics liquidated. Practitioners under investigation. The men caught in the middle are the ones who lose.
The case for a regulated pathway
Anabolic steroids, hormones and performance compounds are sold to Australian men every day through overseas websites and grey-market imports. Peptides are one example. No consultation, no pathology, no prescription, and no visibility of how the product was made, stored or shipped. The demand is real. The oversight is not.
Regeniq was built to be the opposite of that. Consultations are with AHPRA-registered practitioners. Where your practitioner decides pathology is needed, it comes before any care plan decision, and your practitioner reviews the results with you. If a pathway is not clinically appropriate, your practitioner will tell you so.
That is what a regulated, practitioner-led pathway means: clinicians accountable to their regulator, telehealth that meets Medical Board requirements, and care reviewed against repeat pathology over time.
How Regeniq is run
Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered practitioner via secure video. No questionnaire-only consults. No unnamed clinicians. No shortcuts through the clinical process.
Where your practitioner decides pathology is needed, it comes before any prescribing decision, and your practitioner reviews the results with you. Where a practitioner prescribes, the prescription is filled by an Australian compounding pharmacy. Regeniq facilitates consultations. It does not prescribe, diagnose, compound or dispense.
Prescribing decisions are made by AHPRA-registered practitioners within Australian regulatory requirements. Pricing is published before you book, with no lock-in contracts and no pressure to continue if a clinical pathway is not right for you.
