Injury Recovery

Clinical assessments for tissue repair, rehabilitation, and recovery support. Our practitioners evaluate the specific factors affecting your recovery.

These pages are for men whose recovery from an injury, a tendon or ligament problem, or an operation has slowed or stalled despite consistent rehabilitation. Each one explains how a telehealth assessment looks beyond the injury site at systemic factors, such as inflammatory markers, hormonal levels and metabolic health, that may be limiting tissue repair.

An AHPRA-registered practitioner runs the consultation by live video and may request blood tests at a local collection centre. The assessment is designed to sit alongside the care you already have from a physiotherapist, surgeon or GP, not to replace it. Regeniq facilitates the consultation; clinical decisions belong to your practitioner.

Before booking, it helps to note when the problem started, what rehabilitation you have tried and how the area responds to load. Bring any recent blood results and reports from your physiotherapist or surgeon. Your practitioner uses that history to decide which markers, if any, are worth testing.

How to choose the right page

  • Start with injury recovery and tissue repair if you are unsure, or if more than one injury is involved. It gives a general overview of what a clinical recovery assessment covers.
  • Choose chronic tendon and ligament support if pain has persisted for months under load, for example in the Achilles, elbow, knee or shoulder.
  • Choose post-surgery recovery if healing has plateaued in the weeks or months after an operation and your surgical team has already reviewed the site itself.
  • Choose the sports injury assessment if a strain, sprain or impingement from training or competition is taking longer than expected to settle.
