How it works

From first questions to ongoing care

A clear path from a few minutes online to a real conversation with a practitioner, and the follow-ups after it.

Independent AHPRA-registered practitioners

  1. 01Step 1: Short online assessment
  2. 02Step 2: Pay and book a time
  3. 03Step 3: Telehealth consultation
  4. 04Step 4: Care plan, if appropriate
  5. 05Step 5: Delivered by a partner pharmacy

The process

Five steps, one clear path

  1. STEP 01

Step 1: Start with a short assessment

Answer questions about your health history, symptoms, goals and lifestyle. It takes a few minutes and there is nothing to pay at this stage. Your answers help your practitioner prepare for your consultation. The assessment is not a diagnosis.

    Your assessment

    A few minutes online

    • Health history
    • Symptoms and goals
    • Lifestyle
  2. STEP 02

Step 2: Pay and book your time

Pay the consultation fee at checkout, then choose a time that suits you from the practitioner calendar. Consultation fees differ by pathway and are listed on our pricing page.

  3. STEP 03

    Step 3: Meet your practitioner

A private telehealth consultation with an independent AHPRA-registered practitioner, from anywhere in Australia. They review your answers, ask about your history and talk through whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Pathology only if you need it

If your practitioner decides pathology is needed for your assessment, they will arrange it. Not everyone needs it. Pathology is billed separately from your consultation.

  4. STEP 04

Step 4: Start your care plan

If treatment is clinically appropriate, your practitioner sets out a care plan with treatment information and the follow-ups they recommend. You can read your care plan at any time in your patient portal.

    Not everyone is suitable

Treatment is only started when clinically appropriate. Individual results may vary.

  5. STEP 05

    Step 5: Prepared and delivered

Where your practitioner prescribes, an Australian partner pharmacy prepares your order and delivers it discreetly to your door. You can follow each order in your portal. Any delivery cost is shown before you pay.

Follow-up

Care that keeps going

Your practitioner decides when you are next seen and whether any repeat pathology is due. There is no fixed timetable: it follows your care plan.

In your patient portal

  • Read your care plan
  • See your upcoming follow-ups
  • Book or change follow-up consultations
  • Order and track treatment
  • Manage your plan

Reminders before each follow-up

  • EmailYour follow-up consultation is in 7 days
  • SMSYour follow-up consultation is today

We let you know by email and SMS a week before a follow-up or pathology date, and again on the day.

Costs

What you pay for

Every cost is shown before you pay. Current fees are on our pricing page.

See full pricing
  1. Your consultation

A fee for your first consultation, paid when you book. It differs by pathway. Some plans include follow-up consultations.

  2. Plans, where offered

Some pathways offer a plan once your practitioner has approved treatment. Plans renew automatically and you can cancel at any time in your portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

  3. Treatment and delivery

Treatment, service fees, delivery and any pathology are itemised separately, so you can see what each part costs.

Regulation

Why we don't name medicines

Australian law does not allow prescription medicines to be advertised to the public, so you won't see them named on our site. Your practitioner will talk you through the options that are clinically appropriate for you during your consultation.

  • AHPRA-registered practitioners

Every consultation is with an independent practitioner registered with AHPRA.

  • A real conversation

Treatment is only considered after a live telehealth consultation, never from a questionnaire alone.

  • Australian partner pharmacies

Orders are prepared and supplied by licensed Australian pharmacies.

Accessible Australia-Wide

Consult from anywhere in Australia via secure, encrypted telehealth. Pathology at your nearest collection centre. Prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy.
