What the service is
Regeniq Pty Ltd, Brisbane QLD. Regeniq facilitates telehealth consultations with independent AHPRA-registered practitioners. Regeniq does not prescribe, diagnose, compound or dispense. Clinical decisions are made by your practitioner.
Process
Five steps: a short online assessment, pay and book a time, a telehealth consultation, a care plan if appropriate, and supply by a partner pharmacy.
Consultation format
A private telehealth consultation with an independent AHPRA-registered practitioner. Treatment is only considered after a live telehealth consultation, never from a questionnaire alone.
When you can see the fees
A consultation fee, paid when you book, that differs by pathway. Fees for the peptide, weight loss and sexual health pathways are listed on the Regeniq pricing page before you sign up.
Payment and cancellation
You pay the consultation fee at checkout, then choose a time from the practitioner calendar. No memberships and no lock-in on consultations. Some pathways offer a plan once your practitioner has approved treatment; plans renew automatically and you can cancel at any time in your portal.
Pathology
Arranged only if your practitioner decides pathology is needed for your assessment. Not everyone needs it. Pathology is billed separately from your consultation.
Who makes the clinical decisions
Every consultation is with an independent practitioner registered with AHPRA, who makes the clinical decisions. Regeniq does not prescribe, diagnose, compound or dispense.
Supply
Where your practitioner issues a prescription, an Australian partner pharmacy prepares your order and delivers it. Regeniq does not handle medication or its delivery. Orders are prepared and supplied by licensed Australian pharmacies.
Support and follow-ups
Your practitioner decides when you are next seen and whether any repeat pathology is due. Reminders come by email and SMS a week before a follow-up or pathology date, and again on the day. Some plans include follow-up consultations. You can book or change follow-up consultations in your patient portal.

How Regeniq works

  • When you see the fees

Regeniq lists the consultation fee for its peptide, weight loss and sexual health pathways on its pricing page, so you can see it before you sign up. Tides Health's home page says treatment pages and prescriptions are only accessible once a medical questionnaire has been completed, and the pages we read do not publish pricing.

  • When pathology is required

At Regeniq, pathology is arranged only if your practitioner decides it is needed for your assessment, and it is billed separately. Tides Health's hormone therapy page says blood tests are mandatory, with ongoing monitoring that includes blood tests. Each approach is a different way of organising the assessment.

  • Who supplies the medication

Both services describe supply through licensed Australian pharmacies. At Regeniq, an Australian partner pharmacy prepares and delivers any order, and Regeniq does not handle medication. Tides Health describes medication compounded and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy.

  • Who Regeniq may suit

Someone looking at peptide therapy, weight loss or sexual health who wants to see the consultation fee before signing up, and who prefers pathology to be arranged when their practitioner decides it is needed.

  • Who Tides Health may suit

Someone who is comfortable completing a medical questionnaire before seeing treatment details, would like a free pharmacist-guided wellness coach call, or is looking at a hormone pathway that states blood tests as a standard step.
